JUNE SPOTLIGHT: 4THE22 is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, that works to not only raise awareness of veteran and first responder suicide rates, but more importantly to provide solutions through the therapeutic activities of standup paddling, surfing, and exercise. We cultivate community and camaraderie through all of our activities, to help our veterans transition smoothly into civilian life and to allow both veterans and first responders to to look beyond their challenges and achieve their full potential.

DEC ’21 – 22Zero: Healing the Hero

The team at https://22zero.org/ [a 501 (C)3, nonprofit] consists of several PHDs and Licensed Mental Health Counselors that believe PTSD is an injury and it can heal! By utilizing specialized processes (visual/kinesthetic dissociation, Tactical Resiliency Process, Trauma Resiliency-Protocol for PTSD, and Emotions Management Process for negative emotions) the brain learns a new skill and can heal from the traumatic incidents. Please consider contributing to their mission as well.

JUNE ’21 – K9s Serving Vets [https://k9sservingvets.org/] is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded specifically to assist Veterans in the journey to their service dogs.
